Functions: General management in the sphere of direct investments attraction into the region’s economy; organization and participation in surveys of investment attractiveness of the region; concept development and efficiency analysis of investment projects; control over development, infrastructure and industrial investment projects.

Basic specialization: finances of enterprises of different spheres, business-planning, legal support of investment activity.
